RETURN POLICY
We want our customers to be happy with all of our Avion toys products. If for any reason you’re received the damaged product,faulty product,incorrect product, then only you can return any unused product in its original packaging with tags attached for a full refund within 10 days of purchase. 

• If we’ve made an error with your order or a product is defective or damaged in shipping, please email us at customerservice@Aviontoys.com with your order number and a photo of the item you received so that we can make it right! Providing this additional information helps us give you the fastest customer service.

Please check if you are eligible for a return with below points:
Incorrect Product:
If the product delivered to you was not the one you ordered. then it was an incorrect delivery. This does not apply to products when the website mentions that the design or style may change.
Manufacturing defect:
If you feel the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please take a picture of it as soon as you open the packaging. (Note: In this case, please send us the videos or images of the damaged product on the same day that you receive it.),Please share the defective product photos or videos on Whats app, Our Team will get back to you to assist.

Requisites for Return:
1.Product outer box should be in the original mint condition with price tags.
2.Products should not be used,worn out or torn/damaged.
3.The originally shipped labels and invoice should be made available.

Post verification, a reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-7 business days.

Please Note: The reverse shipping option is only available for certain pin codes in India.For all the locations, where reverse shipping is not available, you are requested to ship the product on your own within 7 days of receiving it. Please ship the product to a Karnataka based address that is provided by our team.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Avion Toys takes delight in completing orders quickly. Please send an email with your product and order details to sales@Aviontoys.com if you would want to cancel your order. The email must be sent within 4 hours of placing the order and also during our working hours.
